I, Heather Brayford, Director General of the Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development Western Australia, pursuant to clause 11(3) of the Abalone Management Plan 1992, hereby make a determination in regard to the maximum quantity of abalone that may be taken from the relevant areas of the Abalone Managed Fishery during the licensing period commencing on 1 April 2023, as set out below.
