Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of Peter Kenneth Hansen deceased, late of unit 3, 3 mouarn street, carey park wa, who died on 14 february 2016, are required by the personal representative to send particulars of their claims addressed to the executors of the estate of peter kenneth hansen deceased, care of young & young, 5 spencer street, bunbury wa by the 24th day of march 2017, after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which the personal representative then has notice.
