Exempts drivers of Western Australian Water Ski Association boats engaged in water skiing from various regulations of the Navigable Waters Regulation 1958, and water skiers being towed by these boats from regulation 49K. Exemptions are subject to conditions including acting in accordance with the WA Water Ski Association’s Risk Assessment and training in the WA Powered Waters Sports Area.
