Pursuant to regulation 76(2) of the Road Traffic (Authorisation to Drive) Regulations 2014, Peter Woronzow, Chief Executive Officer of the Department of Transport and Major Infrastructure, specifies the listed persons and bodies are exempt from paying the fee to take or resit a theory test. This notice revokes and replaces the notice identified as RTADR–2024-206975, published in the Government Gazette on 16 August 2024.
