I, Michael Charles Rowe, as the Chief Executive Officer of the Department responsible for the administration of the Environmental Protection Act 1986, pursuant to section 20 of the Act, delegate to the holders of specified offices within the Department of Water and Environmental Regulation all my powers and duties, other than this power of delegation, under specified sections and regulations of the Act and Regulations. Delegation No. 137 gazetted 13 July 2018 is revoked.
