I, Kelly Anne Faulkner, as the Acting Chief Executive Officer of the Department responsible for the administration of the Environmental Protection Act 1986, pursuant to section 20 of the Act, delegate to the holders of specified offices within the Department of Water and Environmental Regulation all my powers and duties, other than this power of delegation, under specified sections and regulations of the Act and the Environment Protection Regulations 1987. Delegation No. 131 gazetted 7 July 2017 is revoked.
