The council of the Shire of York resolved on 17 December 2018 to make the following local law. This local law shall be cited as the Shire of York Cat Amendment Local Law 2018. This local law comes into operation 14 days after the date of its publication in the Government Gazette. The local law amends the Shire of York Cat Local Law 2017 as published in the Government Gazette on 16 March 2018.
