Notice is hereby given that in accordance with clause 23 of the Metropolitan Region Scheme (MRS), the Western Australian Planning Commission (WAPC) resolved on 12 August 2026, to transfer 4.33 hectares of land on part of Lot 30 Soldiers Road, Cardup from the Urban Deferred zone to the Urban zone, as shown on WAPC plan number 4.1683. The WAPC agreed to the land being zoned Urban within Metropolitan Region Scheme Amendment 1458/23 being transferred to the Urban Development zone in the Shire of Serpentine-Jarrahdale Local Planning Scheme No 3.
