It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the Shire of Boyup Brook Local Planning Scheme amendment on 2 May 2023 for the purpose of— 1. Rezoning Lot 7876 Terry Road, Boyup Brook from the 'Rural' zone to the 'Rural Small Holdings' zone. 2. Inserting 'and Lot 7876 Terry Road' into Schedule 3—Rural Small Holdings Zones after 'Road' for Rural Small Holdings Zone 2 (RSH2). 3. Amending the Scheme Map accordingly.
