I, alistair jones, in my capacity as the acting chief executive officer of the department responsible for the administration of the environmental protection act 1986 (“the act”), and pursuant to section 20 of the act, hereby delegate to the holders for the time being of the offices of— (a) executive director, assurance; (b) executive director, state-wide delivery; both of the department of water and environment regulation, all my powers and duties under section 68a of the act, other than this power of delegation. pursuant to section 20 of the act and section 59(1)(e) of the interpretation act 1984, delegation 144 dated 7 june 2019 and published in the gazette on 9 july 2019 is hereby revoked.
