Alistair Jones, Chief Executive Officer of the Department responsible for the administration of the Environmental Protection Act 1986, delegates to the holders of the offices of Executive Director, Assurance; and Executive Director, Statewide Delivery, both of the Department of Water and Environment Regulation, all powers and duties under section 70 of the Act, other than this power of delegation. Delegation No. 162 dated 10 May 2024 is revoked.
