Alistair Jones, Acting Chief Executive Officer of the Department responsible for the administration of the Environmental Protection Act 1986, delegates powers and duties under sections 65, 66 and 68 of the Act to the holders of the offices of Executive Director, Assurance; and Executive Director, State-wide Delivery, both of the Department of Water and Environment Regulation. Delegation No. 143 dated 7 June 2019 is revoked.
