This notice, made by the Minister, is the Taxation Administration (Pre-enactment Provisions Determination) Notice 2026. It determines specific clauses of the Finance Legislation Amendment (Housing Affordability) Bill 2026 [78-1] as pre-enactment provisions for the purposes of the Taxation Administration Act 2003 section 133. The notice comes into force on the day it is published in the Gazette.
