Alistair Jones, Chief Executive Officer of the Department responsible for the administration of the Environmental Protection Act 1986, delegates powers and duties under specified sections and regulations to various office holders within the Department of Water and Environmental Regulation, excluding the power of delegation itself. Delegation No. 177 dated 24 September 2024 is revoked.
