Alistair Jones, Chief Executive Officer of the Department responsible for the administration of the Environmental Protection Act 1986, delegates powers and duties under section 59A of the Act to various Senior Managers and Managers within the Department of Water and Environmental Regulation. This delegation is subject to the condition that the powers under section 59A may only be executed for the purposes provided for by section 59A(2)(e) of the Act. Delegation 169 dated 7 May 2024 is revoked.
