Notice Text

Under regulation 60 of the Biosecurity and Agriculture Management Regulations 2013, the area within the 25 Local Government Authority boundaries is declared to constitute a quarantine area for a period of 12 months following the date of publication. The quarantine area is declared because the declared pest Polyphagous Shot Hole Borer, Euwallacea fornicatus (PSHB) was present in the area on 3 September 2021.
