Controlled Area Revocation Order 2022

Extends the quarantine period for the declared pest Queensland fruit fly from 26 September 2026 to 31 March 2027.

Declares specific plant pathogens, invertebrates, and aquatic pests as prohibited organisms throughout Western Australia under the Biosecurity and Agriculture Management Act 2007.

Declares Didemnum vexillum as a Category 3 Declared Pest for the entire state of Western Australia, including offshore islands, and revokes previous declarations.

Declares specific organisms including Acacia mountfordiae and Theobroma grandiflorum as permitted under the Biosecurity and Agriculture Management Act 2007, revoking previous declarations.
