Made by the Minister for Environment under section 23F(2) of the Act. Declares specified protected flora as rare flora for the purposes of section 23F of the Act throughout the State. Includes flora listed in Schedules 1-4, classified as critically endangered, endangered, vulnerable, and presumed extinct in the wild.
