Made by the Minister for Environment under section 14(4) of the Act. This notice may be cited as the Wildlife Conservation (Specially Protected Fauna) Notice 2017. For the purposes of the Act, all taxa of the fauna specified in Schedules 1-7 are declared to be fauna that is in need of special protection. The Wildlife Conservation (Specially Protected Fauna) Notice 2016 is revoked.
