The Council of the City of Mandurah resolved on 24 September 2024 to make the Animals Environment and Nuisance Amendment Local Law 2024. This local law amends the City of Mandurah Animals, Environment and Nuisance Local Law 2010 as published in the Government Gazette on 22 March 2011 and as amended in the Government Gazette on 11 June 2019 and 3 April 2020. The local law comes into operation 14 days after the date of its publication in the Government Gazette.
