This order is the electricity industry exemption amendment order (no. 4) 2018. This order comes into operation as follows: clauses 1 and 2 — on the day on which this order is published in the gazette; the rest of the order — on the day after that day. This order amends the electricity industry exemption order 2005. In clause 19(4) delete “30 june 2018.” and insert: 30 june 2020.
