This order is the Electricity Industry Exemption Amendment Order (No. 2) 2017. This order comes into operation as follows: clauses 1 and 2 on the day of gazettal, and the rest of the order on the day after. This order amends the Electricity Industry Exemption Order 2005. Inserts clause 26 regarding exemption for certain connections to internet networks.
