This is to certify that Ahmad Navid Askari, Omer Siddique and Clifford Charles Lacey were on the 27 february 2019 appointed by the council as authorised persons for garden city shopping centre, booragoon (as defined in the city of melville facilities local laws) and as authorised persons for the purposes of sections 9.10, 9.13 and 9.15 of the local government act 1995.
