Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died 27 may 2021, are required by the executors grahmm french and robyn rayner c/- dwyer durack lawyers of 8/[contact details redacted] 6000, to send particulars of such claim to them within one (1) month of the publication of this notice, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets of the estate, having regard only to the claims of which they have notice.
