These regulations are the mutual recognition (western australia) (temporary exemption) regulations 2021. Regulations 1 and 2 commence on the day of gazettal, the rest on 1 july 2022. The environmental protection (prohibited plastics and balloons) regulations 2018 parts 2 and 3 are declared to be a law to which section 15 of the commonwealth act applies. These regulations are repealed on 1 july 2023.
