These regulations are the Attorney General Regulations Amendment (Shipping and Pilotage) Regulations 2021. Part 1 comes into operation on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette; the rest of the regulations on the day after that day. Amends the Criminal Procedure Regulations 2005 and the Fines, Penalties and Infringement Notices Enforcement Regulations 1994.
