The council of the City of Mandurah resolved on 30 April 2019 to make the following local law. This local law may be cited as the City of Mandurah Jetties, Waterways and Marina Amendment Local Law 2018. This local law comes into operation 14 days after the date of its publication in the Government Gazette. This local law amends the City of Mandurah Jetties, Waterways and Marina Local Law 2010.
