All the waters of the Fishery bounded by a line commencing at the intersection of 21° 37.35’ south latitude and 115° 05.80’ east longitude; thence extending north-westerly along the geodesic to the intersection of 21° 32.496’ south latitude and 115° 03.198’ east longitude; thence extending easterly along the geodesic to the intersection 21° 31.90’ south latitude and 115° 07.90’ east longitude (on Direction Island); thence extending southerly along the geodesic to the intersection of 21° 32.138’ south latitude and 115° 07.91’ east longitude (on Direction Island); thence extending south-westerly along the geodesic to the intersection of 21° 36.65’ south latitude and 115° 06.85’ east longitude; thence extending south-westerly along the geodesic to the commencement point. All the waters of the Fishery bounded by a line commencing at the intersection of 21° 36.676’ south latitude and 115° 10.65’ east longitude (on the mainland); thence extending westerly along the geodesic to the intersection of 21° 36.65’ south latitude and 115° 09.45’ east longitude; thence extending north- easterly along the geodesic to the intersection of 21° 33.35’ south latitude and 115° 12.50’ east longitude; thence extending due east along the parallel to the intersection of 21° 33.35’ south latitude and 115° 19.90’ east longitude; thence extending due south along the meridian to the intersection of 21° 34.58’ south latitude and 115° 19.90’ east longitude (on the mainland); thence generally south-westerly along the high water mark of the coastline to the commencement point. I, Nathan Harrison, Executive Director, Fisheries and Aquaculture of the Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development, in accordance with clause 10 of the Onslow Prawn Managed Fishery Management Plan 1991, cancel Notice No.1 of 2022 dated 1 December 2022 and permit fishing for prawns in specified areas and times from 2026 to 2030, with certain prohibitions in place.
