It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the Town of Mosman Park Local Planning Scheme amendment on 1 June 2023 for the purpose of modifying table 4 to include an additional use of recreation—private applicable to lot 9 (no. 30) glyde street, mosman park, and amend the scheme map accordingly.
