Authorises the compulsory taking of certain interests in land for re-development in accordance with the Armadale Redevelopment Scheme 2, pursuant to Part 9 of the Land Administration Act 1997 as modified by section 22 of the Metropolitan Redevelopment Authority Act 2011. The land will be held as Crown land with disposition to the City of Armadale as a reserve for road.
