Notice Text
Authorises the compulsory taking of certain interests in land described under the heading “description of land required” and “nature of interests to be taken” in the schedule for the purpose of re-development to be carried out in accordance with the Armadale Redevelopment Scheme 2. The taking shall be carried out pursuant to Part 9 of the Land Administration Act 1997 as modified by section 22 of the Metropolitan Redevelopment Authority Act 2011.
