Justice regulations amendment (major events) regulations 2023 made by the governor in executive council. Part 1 — preliminary. These regulations are the justice regulations amendment (major events) regulations 2023. These regulations come into operation as follows: part 1 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the gazette; the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day. Part 2 — criminal procedure regulations 2005 amended. This part amends the criminal procedure regulations 2005. In schedule 1a insert in alphabetical order: major events act 2023. Part 3 — fines, penalties and infringement notices enforcement regulations 1994 amended. This part amends the fines, penalties and infringement notices enforcement regulations 1994. In schedule 1 insert in alphabetical order: major events act 2023.
