This notice amends the Planning and Development (Fees) Notice 2021. It replaces Schedule 1 with updated fees for subdivision approvals, amended plans, reconsideration of decisions, endorsement of plans, approval/endorsement of leases/licenses, and certificates under region planning schemes. It also includes cartography and spatial data fees.
