It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the City of Cockburn Local Planning Scheme amendment on 11 April 2022 for the purpose of rezoning lots within ‘Development Area 10 – Atwell South Development Zone’ from the ‘Development’ zone to various residential and local centre zones, reclassifying lots to parks, recreation, local road, public purposes (primary school and civic), and deleting ‘Development Area 10 – Atwell South Development Zone’ from all lots.
