It is hereby notified for public information that the notice under the above amendment no. 128 published at page 33 of the government gazette no. 3 dated 11 january 2019, contained an error which is now corrected as follows—for the words: clause 5.2.13.3 (c) commences any site preparation works such as retaining walls, demolition, clearing of vegetation, bulk earthworks, temporary fencing, remediation, advertising and signage that does not result in development that will pace demand on infrastructure included in a development contribution plan; should read: clause 5.2.13.3 (c) commences any site preparation works such as retaining walls, demolition, clearing of vegetation, bulk earthworks, temporary fencing, remediation, advertising and signage that does not result in development that will place demand on infrastructure included in a development contribution plan;
