Joanne Kennedy, Director, Aquatic Resource Management, as delegate of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development, Western Australia, has made the decision to grant an application submitted by Paspaley Pearling Co Pty Ltd, Roebuck Pearl Producers Pty Ltd and Pearls Pty Ltd as tenants in common in equal shares to renew a pearl oyster farm lease in respect to an area of water located at Gantheaume Point. An aggrieved person may apply to the State Administrative Tribunal (SAT) for a review of the decision within 28 days of publication of this notice.
