This order is the electricity industry (solar power purchase agreements) exemption amendment order (no. 2) 2018. This order comes into operation as follows: clauses 1 and 2 — on the day on which this order is published in the gazette; the rest of the order — on the day after that day. This order amends the electricity industry (solar power purchase agreements) exemption order 2016. After clause 4(1)(o) insert: (oa) solar assets pty ltd (abn 83 168 191 848).
