I, Nathan Harrison, Executive Director, Fisheries and Aquaculture, as delegate of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development, Western Australia, pursuant to Section 23(1) of the Pearling Act 1990 have made the decision to grant an application submitted by Natural Pearls Pty Ltd to renew a pearl oyster farm lease in respect of an area of water located at Coppermine Creek D. Under Section 33(1) of the Pearling Act a person aggrieved by my decision may apply to the State Administrative Tribunal (SAT) for a review of the decision.
