I, Rita Saffioti MLA, Minister for Transport, under section 261B(4) hereby amend the determination I made under section 261B(1) of the Transport (Road Passenger Services) Act 2018 on 17 April 2020 and published in the Gazette on 24 April 2020 page 1075 (Transport Notice TN 402 (TN402). The amended determination is applicable only to those persons whose application for a Regional Assistance Payment has already been received as required in item 6 of the determination in TN402.
