It is hereby notified that the Minister for Lands has granted approval to advertise for public comment the draft amendment no. 1 to the metropolitan redevelopment authority (the authority) subiaco redevelopment scheme 2 (scheme 2) (the amendment). The amendment seeks to amend the definition of the defined term ‘storey’ under appendix 2—defined terms of scheme 2, to provide improved clarity of interpretation. The amendment can be viewed online at www.mra.wa.gov.au, or at the authority’s perth office, gpo building level 3, 3 forrest place. Comments on the proposed amendment should be received by the authority by 15 november 2019 and can be submitted on the authority’s website, via email to [email protected] or via post attention to the manager statutory planning, locked bag 8, perth business centre wa 6849.
