Made by the Minister under regulation 13(1) of the Biosecurity and Agriculture Management Industry Funding Scheme (Cattle) Regulations 2010 on the recommendation of the Industry Management Committee. Declares the scheme to operate in the whole of the State for the financial year 2020-21. The rate of contributions is $0.20 per head of cattle or per carcass comprised in a chargeable sale for the period beginning on 1 July 2020 and ending on 30 June 2021.
