Made by the Minister under regulation 13(1) of the Biosecurity and Agriculture Management Industry Funding Scheme (Cattle) Regulations 2010 on the recommendation of the Industry Management Committee. The scheme is to operate in the whole of the State; and the rate at which contributions are to be paid under regulation 14 for the period beginning on 1 July 2017 and ending on 30 June 2018 is $0.20 per head of cattle or per carcass comprised in a chargeable sale.
