Biosecurity and Agriculture Management Industry Funding Scheme (Cattle) Regulations 2010

Enacts biosecurity and agriculture management regulations amendment (industry funding schemes) regulations 2020.

Declares the industry funding scheme for cattle to operate in the whole of the state for the financial year 2020-21.

Declares the cattle industry pest control and compensation funding scheme to operate in Western Australia for the financial year 2019-20.

Declares the cattle industry pest control and compensation funding scheme to operate statewide for the 2018-19 financial year.

Sets the contribution rate for the Industry Funding Scheme (Cattle) at $0.20 per head of cattle or carcass for the period 1 July 2017 to 30 June 2018.

Sets the rate of contributions for the cattle industry pest control and compensation funding scheme at $0.20 per head for the 2024-25 financial year.

Declares the cattle industry pest control and compensation funding scheme to operate in the whole state for the financial year 2022-23.

Declares the cattle industry declared pest control and compensation funding scheme will operate across Western Australia for the 2025-26 financial year.
