The Minister declares the Cattle Industry Declared Pest Control and Compensation Funding Scheme will operate across Western Australia for the 2025-26 financial year. The contribution rate is $0.20 per head of cattle or carcass for chargeable sales from 1 July 2025 to 30 June 2026. Contributions will fund payments relating to Bovine Tuberculosis (21%), Enzootic bovine leucosis (25%), and Bovine Johneβs disease (54%).
