The council of the Shire of Wyalkatchem resolved on 15 December 2022 to make the following local law under the powers conferred by the Cat Act 2011 and the Local Government Act 1995. This local law is the Shire of Wyalkatchem Cats Local Law 2022 and comes into operation 14 days after the date of its publication in the Government Gazette. It repeals the Shire of Wyalkatchem Cats Local Law published on 13 March 2023 and clause 5.2.4 of the Shire of Wyalkatchem Health Local Laws published on 3 May 2002.
