I, michael charles rowe, acting in my capacity as the acting chief executive officer of the department responsible for the administration of the environmental protection act 1986 (“the act”), and pursuant to section 20 of the act, hereby delegate to the holder for the time being of the office of executive director, compliance and enforcement and executive director, environmental protection authority services both of the department of water and environment regulation, all of my powers and duties under sections 47(2), 48(1) and 48(1a)(b) of the act. Pursuant to section 59(1)(e) of the interpretation act 1984, delegation no. 99 gazetted 18 may 2012 is hereby revoked.
