Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the trustees act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of walter james jarvis, late of location 4869 goldfields road, donnybrook in the state of western australia, who died on 12 november 2014, are required by the personal representative to send particulars of their claims addressed to the executor of the estate of walter james jarvis deceased, care of young & young, 5 spencer street, bunbury by the 16th day of june 2017, after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which the personal representative then has notice.
