Notice Text

Notice to all owners/occupiers of land in the Shire of Collie. You are required to comply with this Notice and/or an approved Bush Fire Management Plan (BMP) by 1 December each year and maintained compliance until 31 May following for each year. Pursuant to section 33 of the Bush Fires Act 1954, you are required on or before 1 December to remove all flammable material and install fire breaks. Failure to comply may result in a $5000 fine.
