I, Nathan Harrison, Executive Director, Fisheries and Aquaculture, as delegate of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development, Western Australia, pursuant to Section 23(1) of the Pearling Act 1990 have made the decision to grant an application submitted by Pearls Pty Ltd to vary a pearl oyster farm lease in respect of an area of water located at Point George IV—Augustus Waters, by issuing a new lease over the following area of water, and subsequently cancelling the preexisting lease known as Port George IV—Augustus Waters.
