The minister for works delegates, pursuant to section 5a(a) of the act, to the persons for the time being holding or acting in the offices as described in column 1 of the attached schedule power to award, assign or agree to assign, and novate, or agree to novate, contracts for consultancy services, construction and maintenance works for the purposes of a public work up to and including the values stated in column 2 of the attached schedule to this notice. The delegation from the minister for works dated 24 march 2014 is revoked.
